Ages 3-4 - can book for 2 hours of tennis every day (9-11am)

All other ages (or any 3-4 year olds who can play for longer) - can book a 4 hour session (9am-1pm) which will be all tennis for the older players and a mixture of tennis and games/multi-sport for younger players.

After the 4 hour block, players are able to extend their day to 5.00pm by adding on Multi-sports which will be a range of activities (incl. Squash, Football, Cricket, Athletics and Games)

Every day will be dedicated to a Tennis Theme, with designated teaching points and targets for the children to reach.

Mondays - Forehands - we will be focusing on reacting to the incoming ball, correct forehand technique and tips for taking your forehand to the next level.

Tuesday - Backhands - we will be focusing on different pattens of movement, correct Backhand technique and tips for taking your Backhand to the next level.

Wednesday - Volley - we will be focusing on understanding depth, correct Volley technique and tips for taking your Volleys to the next level.

Thursday - Serve - we will be focusing on starting points and matchplay, correct Serve technique and tips for taking your Serve to the next level.

Friday - Round Up - we will be brushing up on all the skills learnt throughout the week, culminating in fun team games and friendly competition.

There are discounts for booking the whole week, this can be accessed using the drop down for "Whole Week", no need to pick individual days in addition to the whole week option.
