Squash + Multisport Camps

Ages 5-8 can join a squash specific session from 9am - 11am

Ages 9+ can join a squash specific session from 11.30-1.30pm

Every day will be dedicated to one of the four pillars of Squash, with designated teaching points and targets for the children to reach.

Mondays - Movement: Involves efficient footwork, such as the split-step to start movement, using long strides to reach the ball while maintaining balance, and quickly returning to the "T".

Tuesday - Technical: Focuses on stroke production, including forehand and backhand drives, volleys, and precise control of the ball's trajectory

Wednesday - Tactical (or Strategy): Centers on in-game decision-making, such as moving the opponent around the court, using lobs, and taking the ball early to control the "T" area.

Thursday - Mental (or Mindset): Focuses on building resilience, goal-setting (both short and long-term), and emotional control, allowing players to handle pressure

Friday - Round up to test all skills through fun games and competition
