Squash + Multisport Camps

Ages 5-8 can join a squash specific session from 9am - 11am, and then chose to extend to either 1pm (by adding tennis), or 5pm (by adding tennis and multisports)

Ages 9+ can join a squash specific session from 11.30-1pm, and can extend their day by either adding 9-11am Tennis, and/or 2-5pm Squash matches and games, or tennis and multisport.

Every day will be dedicated to one of the four pillars of Squash, with designated teaching points and targets for the children to reach.

Mondays - Bank Hol, No session

Tuesday - Movement: Involves efficient footwork, such as the split-step to start movement, using long strides to reach the ball while maintaining balance, and quickly returning to the "T".

Wednesday - Technical: Focuses on stroke production, including forehand and backhand drives, volleys, and precise control of the ball's trajectory

Thursday -

Tactical (or Strategy): Centers on in-game decision-making, such as moving the opponent around the court, using lobs, and taking the ball early to control the "T" area.

and

Mental (or Mindset): Focuses on building resilience, goal-setting (both short and long-term), and emotional control, allowing players to handle pressure

Friday - No session
